Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust, currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of NJ, I believe the spot ETF will give other investors a chance to invest in the future of Bitcoin in a more direct way than currently available in the US markets. Other countries are ahead of the US in their adoption of Bitcoin Spot ETF's and I would like the opportunity to invest on a level playing field. Sincerely, Jim Byrnes
