Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to a spot Bitcoin ETF. It is patently unfair to the average person not ro have access to this asset for their retirement or general investment portfolio. I had to move my IRA accounts into a separate crypto exchange and know for the vast majority of people it would be so much easier to have an ETF available through their normal brokerage or retirement account.
