Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. We think that regulation on your part would increase security for private and institutional investors. Even gold is not fully secured by the USA, but it is still possible to buy it via a real ETF. an ETF is a great vehicle. Regarding new technologies, we can well understand that your institution is cautious and wait-and-see. not every technology is serious. the financial market in particular has shown this in the past. we think there is currently only one serious value in relation to these new technologies and that is bitcoin. it is unique in many ways and not comparable to other so-called Crypto. the decentralization in particular is unique here.
