Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a Bitcoin and Crypto investor, I believe and am sure most people in the U.S. believe that we should be allowed to invest in Bitcoin via a spot ETF just like we can invest in gold with GLD or PHYS, it is the same principle. Obviously with Grayscale GBTC being the worlds largest Bitcoin fund they would be the best pick for the first spot etf here in the States. With the SEC’s observation and common sense regulations, the Bitcoin and crypto markets can thrive into a booming new industry and create millions or new jobs and wealth for the American People.
