Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Until recently I resides in NY. I now live in TN. Part of the reason for my move was to have greater access to Crypto. I own GBTC transferring it to an ETF would not only be better for me and the other holders but would enable a lot of new people access to actual Bitcoin not a derivative or trust.
