Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Regarding crypto assets, the USA is falling significantly behind the rest of the world. You are NOT protecting us as investors in this space; nor are you protecting our country as the financial global leader. Stop thinking only of yourselves and your own financial portfolio!! You are causing our investments to crumble while you drag your heels. THE TIME IS NOW!! Don’t cause us, as individuals, or you as a commission, to miss out on this opportunity.
