Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m from John Reed from Missouri. We need to lead in Bitcoin adoption let us lead like we did with the internet. Don’t stifle or force innovation out. Technologies like this create lots of jobs and revenue. We are in a bad spot economically anyone who has any knowledge of our debt to GDP knows we need this. USA should also put bitcoin on its balance sheet. It’s a asset that is fixed and it appreciates over time cause of that reason. We announce we are holding on our balance sheet before the rest of the big powers. They then will have to follow suite or fear being left behind. It’s the most deflationary economic move we could do. Be the first mover, you always have the upper hand if you are proactive and not reactive. You work for us not he other way around do what is best for us that’s why you are there…… Sincerely, John Reed
