Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The reasons leading me to this position are : 1. Permitting an effective pricing for the shares, by tracking the notes NAV without bias (discount, premium). 2. Allowing better liquidity for the product.
