Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I strongly believe that approving and regulating the bitcoin ETF would allow the SEC insight into the bitcoin industry and asset class that is intertwined in our financial system and future whether we like it or not.
