Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. There is no reason to deny conversion to a spot ETF. We, the people, choose what we want to put our dollars into. There are many other risky investment vehicles that exist, and those are allowed. The fact that investment vehicles for spot Bitcoin exist for the wealthy and corporate investors demonstrates the possibility. Why then do you choose to restrict us regular folk? Please approve.
