You aren't protecting investors by denying spot Bitcoin ETFs, you are hurting them. You should allow GBTC to convert immediately. This would close the discount of GBTC to the actual price of Bitcoin and would help investors. You should also approve Fidelitys application for a spot Bitcoin ETF. This will create competition in the marketplace and drive down expenses and benefit investors. Thank you. Jeffry Jones
