Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m not an accredited investor. I feel like I don’t have the same opportunities as wealthier investors and it doesn’t make sense that there’s no US spot Bitcoin ETF.
