Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m an individual investor from the state of Virginia and I am frustrated with the high fees of many of the exchanges available for buying Bitcoin. I, along with many other individual investors, would benefit greatly if there was a spot Bitcoin ETF. Sincerely, Ray Waheed
