Dear SEC, I am a 55 year old investor from Texas and I am in favor of approving the Form 19b-4 that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC). Quite franky I’m upset that you’ve rejected it so many times before. I’m a holder of the trust and my holdings are below market value because of the fact it is not an ETF. I feel trapped in it…waiting for the SEC to approve it to be an ETF. As you can see in this market downturn, BTC is holding its own…and most recently outperforming the market. Sincerely, Brad Giotes
