Dear SEC officer, I strongly respect your department. I am writing for your consideration to convert GBTC to an ETF. In short, due to these crazy economic times, I am 100% certain I want some degree of exposure to Bitcoin. However, I do not want to worry about self-custody or having my Bitcoin stolen or lost. GBTC would be a perfect option for me and so many other investors that want exposure to Bitcoin. I already hold GBTC, but without much explanation, it would be a lot more convenient if it was a standard ETF and not a trust. Thank you, Justin Blumetti
