Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. GBTC allow me to use my current broker account to trade and it low fee structure and low trading cost allow me to feel secure in buying Bitcoin asset base, without the need of a crypto broker account.
