To whom might consern: Hi, I am a GBTC shareholder and Lost a lot of money already, one of the big reason is the SEC not allowed GBTC to a bitcoin etf. and Here I sincerely want your help to make GBTC to convert to an ETF asap! Best.! a poor GBTC shareholder
