Dear SEC, To whom it may concern, I know no decision has been made regarding a Spot ETF on “Bitcoin”. I am a shareholder in the Greyscale “GBTC” trust. Changing the Trust to an ETF would give everyone a chance at owning the commodity (BTC) at a fair price without using Dex’s etc. The futures ETF seem to help in manipulating BTC price. (my opinion) Canada, Australia and many European countries have had spot Bitcoin ETF’s for a few years now and they seem to be working out well. Thank you, L. Emanuele
