I am an investor in digital assets including GBTC. GBTC has been (until more recently) the only way to get exposure to BTC in my retirement fund. Because the SEC refuses to allow GBTC to convert to a spot-based ETF with a redemption mechanism, my retirement account is losing value, even though the underlying asset has gone up significantly since my purchases. I am imploring the SEC to allow GBTC to be converted to an ETF immediately. -Patrick J Wiebusch
