Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Especially in light of recent events, it is beyond time to allow spot ETF index funds in the cryptocurrency space. Not doing so brings upon the same failed financial policy of the past and is stifling innovation and progress. Sincerely, Matthew M Minnick
