Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Approval of this ETF is the appropriate and necessary next step for investors and for Bitcoin. Americans have the right to choose the where they invest and how they invest. There is no doubt there are risks but this is no different than investing in anything at all, there is always risk. Americans reserve the right to take this step if they choose to do so. with all due respect, the SEC is in no position to advise on what citizens should do with their finances or create hurdles and road blocks to their financial goals.
