Dear SEC I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol GBTC) currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is clear to me that the SEC is not interested in protecting small investors like myself. I have lost 25% plus of my investment in GBTC due it selling at a discount. Meanwhile, the SEC is making futures available to sophisticated investors. The SEC Chair is not helping us independents who want to see the administration succeed. Get it done please. Best Thomas West
