Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin is the future of money and the United States is at a critical junction in history. Bitcoin can help solve many of the issues we have going on in the United States while greatly benefitting the USA and reaffirming it as a world economic power. Please allow this spot ETF to pass because it will be a spark plug to mass adoption and further reduce this market volatility! I am living in New York City and a proud American!
