Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This would allow our citizens to invest IRA accounts into Bitcoin where we can’t today. Futures are far worse and expose to greater risk vs the spot which has the underlying asset.
