Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I strongly believe Bitcoin will be a big part of our future and by not allowing an ETF you are harming the working class of America by not making it easy for retirement funds and institutions to buy and hold bitcoin within the confines of the securities market.
