Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Our nation was built on innovation. Prosperity is fueled by innovation but only in an environment where government gets out of the way and allows innovation to flourish. Do your job. Break barriers, facilitate creativity, all within reasonable protections of citizens. Which is not the same as protecting established legacy interests. Sincerely, Edgar Veytia
