To whom it may concern: Please approve Grayscale Bitcoin Trust's application to become a spot ETF. This is a great opportunity for investors to gain BTC exposure in an IRA account without the volatility of the swings from premium to discount that happen with the trust currently. A spot ETF is also much more simple for the average investor to understand than a futures ETF, which has already been approved as I understand it.
