Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe a Bitcoin ETF offers a financial sector to the masses in a safe, organized, and transparent manner which can secure the trust of many investors. This ETF will pave the way for cryptocurrency and gain the trust of those on the other side. Strongly encourage the committee to implement this as an ETF. Sincerely, Eddie Khawam
