Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I currently reside in California and have owned GBTC for ~2 years. I believe it is in the best interest of American investors for this fund to be converted to a spot Bitcoin ETF.
