Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’ve been waiting for a Bitcoin ETF for a very long time. This would ensure a safe, effective way to continue to invest in Bitcoin without the added risk of a futures ETF.
