Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I feel like this is really holding the US back not having a true Spot Bitcoin ETF. I believe in this great country and our freedoms and I would like to have the same freedoms as so many other countries in regards to how and where I can invest my money. Sincerely, Stephen Sheppard
