Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an individual investor interested in Krypto GTBC is one of the few ways to sort of invest in Bitcoin (not easy to do inside a traditional brokerage account). I would like to be able to trade this within my brokerage account without trading at a discount to the actual price of Bitcoin. Please approve the Bitcoin ETF. Sincerely, Brad Nash
