Hello, I am writing to you in favor of approving the Form 19b-4 that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC). My 401K plan (Schwab Self Directed) allows for my investment in GBTC already, but I know that many 401K plans do not allow this to be included as part of a portfolio. IMHO, any investment has risk. As an investor, Schwab reminds me of this whether I am investing in a commodity like Gold or Oil, or an ETF like ARK* etc. I have put my own money into my 401k and so the fact that I choose to invest in GBTC or any other asset is my prerogative.
