Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I own this trust in my 401(k) and I believe costs will be lower if this conversion is allowed to occur. It’s been hard times in our economy in the last few years and ordinary folks like me need to be able to take maximum advantage optimizing returns in our savings. Sincerely, Thor Markwood
