Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. What you are creating by not allowing this is not okay. Why not allow for investors to safely participate in a regulated environment with the investment vehicles they want. You are only forcing participants to look elsewhere. The future is here, adopt it or be left behind. Sincerely, Tyler
