Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an investor I would like an ETF product so that we have a stock exchange traded fund that correlates more directly with the price of bitcoin, reducing premiums and discounts and a vehicle which is more efficient with lower management fees and I believe this will be done with the grayscale bitcoin ETF.
