Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am from Connecticut and find it damaging to retail investors for this ETF to be held back. It is an artificial limitation on what the market clearly wants and Grayscale is a world class operation. You have already shown confidence in the underlying asset by approving both types of Futures products. Help lead America. Sincerely, Bill Ottman
