Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Everyone deserves to have spot exposure to Bitcoin, the greatest performing asset ever.. if this were to be done, there would be so much liquidity brought into the space that I believe it would actually lower the volatility of the underlying asset. Grayscale has proven themselves to be the best company for this job. Please approve it. Sincerely, Alonso
