Dear SEC, I don't currently hold shares of GBTC because better options are available for me already as a non-US person. I just want to stand by others who have similar investment interests. It makes no sense for shareholders in the US to not have access to a spot ETF for bitcoin at this time. They are available in other markets. Bitcoin has enough of a track record at this time that we can safely say it's not going away anytime soon. People less tech savvy should be able to invest in it safely in as much of a 1:1 way possible. So via this e-mail I wanted to reach out to show to you my support for the conversion to a spot ETF.
