I am writing to voice my opinion that GBTC should be converted to a spot Bitcoin ETF. The US should not lag behind other nations in having a true ETF form of Bitcoin that will allow fellow Americans to invest in the strongest digital asset. Thank you for your time and consideration. Heemok Kim
