Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I'm in Wisconsin and have a long investment history and believe a spot ETF product would be an upgrade to the many of the investment vehicles holding Bitcoin currently available in the market.
