To whom it may concern, It would be a great advantage to convert GBTC into an ETF. This would allow an asset that is currently traded at a discount, to trade in-line with NAV. This would be advantageous to investors who are already subjected to the volatility of cryptocurrencies and the headwinds they have been facing as of late. Additionally, as Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies become more mainstream investment tools, it only makes sense to make trading, liquidity and valuations more in line with what they should be.
