Dear SEC, <BR><BR>I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. <BR><BR>***[hello I’m a resident of Texas and because of that I get restricted from quite a few crypto exchanges so to make a safer and easier vehicle to invest into btc for traders and investors in my similar situation would be amazing that’s why I am I support of the first spot bitcboin ETF it is needed to protect people that don’t understand crypto management but still want to be able to diversify into this asset class. It is unfair to not allow everyday people access to this in their retirement accounts]***
