Dear SEC,
I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States.
I have owned GBTC for a few years now and I would really love to see this converted into a Spot ETF. Also my employer sponsored 457b currently does not allow me to buy GBTC, I am hoping that a change to a Spot ETF will allow me to purchase these shares. I reside in the State of California.
