Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Current investment vehicles such as as futures btc do not provide adequate protection for a consumer like myself due to unnecessary fees that would not exist in a Bitcoin ETF. Please join other countries that have approved a Bitcoin ETF. Regards, Guillermo
