Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Hernando County, Fl and am fully behind the need for a spot ETF for Bitcoin. As the leader in BTC mining now, The US cannot afford to lag behind the world in its adoption of a spot ETF and GBTC as the world’s largest BTC fund is best positioned to be the first.
