Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am writing from the state of Massachusetts, and believe that the conversion of GBTC to a Spot Bitcoin ETF is an imperative and monumental necessity to allow retail investors and institutions the trusted exposure into the marketplace that is deserved.
