Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Approving the spot ETF will increase investor protections. Having approved 3 Bitcoin futures ETFs (all ties to the spot price of Bitcoin) it makes perfect sense to approve the Bitcoin spot ETF.
