Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think the accredited investor rules are unfair to the small guys in the crypto space. There are great programs that earn interest on coins that aren’t available to me because I’m not a millionaire as well. I appreciate the protection from some stuff but please ease up “protection” on big opportunities. Thank you, Mike Callahan Portland OR
