Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in Puerto Rico, however I am originally from Texas and have a lot of family there that all want this Spot Bitcoin ETF approved as well. There is no reason a futures ETF is approved and not a spot ETF thus far. Make it happen. No one is “protected” by withholding this investment vehicle. Thank you. Sincerely, Aaron McClure, DO
